I'm not the first to notice the gap between expectations and reality in love and marriage. I undertook this major project to deconstruct the contours of this gap and how it is perpetuated by pernicious advertising myths, core beliefs and a relentless Hollywood narrative of happily ever after. Months of research and writing resulted in a relentless and cathartic piece of work that challenges the viewer to examine their own notions of love through a musical and visual spell that gathers the fragments of our society mind into a mosaic of hope and empowerment.
