After months of working closely with Tiki Taane on projects for the Global Poverty Project, I introduced Tiki to World Vision and we laid the groundwork for a powerful collaboration.  Tiki's recording of Falling Angels, from the Global Citizen recordings that I executive produced, was actually written about children in Aotearoa, but when we started to listen to the track with footage of World Vision's child soldiers, we knew it would work on a more universal level.  Powerhouse performances from Tiki, Ria Hall and Maitreya make the track unforgettable.  I edited the video with a haunting narrative of the falling angels as child soldiers helped WV put the focus on this important issue.
